At Blandford Cricket Club, the safety and well-being of our members, especially children and vulnerable adults, is our top priority. We have implemented safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure a secure and supportive environment for everyone. We want our children and young people to enjoy playing cricket and parents/carers are vital in keeping them, and all children, safe.

We expect all parents and carers to follow the behaviours and requests set out in this code. If any parent behaves in a way which contradicts this code, we will address this directly with the parent and aim to resolve the issue promptly.
We have codes of conduct for all our age groups in the 'Youth' section. We encourage you to read and discuss these with your child. If you or your child have any questions please do not hesitate to speak to your child's coach, a safeguarding officer or member of the committee.

The ECB invite everyone involved in cricket to complete their Level 1 Safeguarding induction - a 30 min online training module available to everyone HERE.
